Your Letter will be:

Anonymity Rules:

What to Write:

Choose the any weekly theme as your focus

Letters should be personal, open, and reflective — a small glimpse into your thoughts or world.

Do not share anything you wouldn’t want other people to read.

You can include:

Your challenges and worries.
-
How you feel (even if messy or confusing).
-
Coping strategies you’ve tried, big or small, and how they’ve worked.

Uplifting messages for both yourself and others.

What you wish others understood.

Style and Length:

Letters should feel like a personal letter to send to a friend.

You can write in any style: serious, casual, simple, poetic, rambling, venting, texting even. There’s no “right” way.
Content Boundaries:

No hate speech, bullying, or targeting.

No graphic violence or explicit sexual content.

Sensitive topics are welcome, but keep your writing thoughtful and safe.

However, letters that contain graphic accounts of suicide, self-harm, or extremely distressing behavior will be referred back with professional resources to prevent triggering or overwhelming readers.
What Happens After You Submit:

Your letter is sent via the submission form.

It will be reviewed to make sure it follows guidelines.

Then it will be posted publicly on that week’s blog and Instagram

Together, these letters form a collective reminder: “your feelings are real, your voice matters, and you are not alone.”
